Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the core with a teaspoon. Grate the carrot, as well as the celery, or grind it in the robot together with the bell pepper, dill, larch and garlic. Cook this mixture in a little oil, then add the finely chopped mushrooms and chopped zucchini core. Leave on low heat for 7-8 minutes, until the water drops, then turn off the heat, add the urda and a little tomato sauce.
Season and fill each half of the zucchini with this mixture.
Bake at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
