The livers are washed and kept in milk for a while in the fridge. We beat 2 eggs with a little salt. We take out the livers and crush them with the potato crusher. Then we grate the cheese. salt and finely chopped parsley. Add half a boiled and crushed potato. From this mixture are formed balls that are rolled in breadcrumbs and fried in hot oil in which I melted a little butter. Bake on both sides and remove on a paper towel.
