I present you a classic dessert, namely, biscuit salami. There are many recipes for this salami, but I make it according to this method and my opinion is that it is the most balanced recipe.

  • agave syrup to taste

Remove the beans from the chickpeas in a strainer, then rinse. Put them in a strong blender, along with salt, vanilla, almond butter and peanuts. If you prefer hazelnut butter or cashews, you can replace it with your favorite option.

As for the oatmeal, you can grind them separately in a coffee grinder, or you can add them whole in a blender, along with the other ingredients. The first version will result in a finer hummus, and the second will give you a more textured hummus.

At the end, incorporate the honey and coarsely chopped walnuts, stirring with a spoon. If you want a more intense taste, you can fry the walnuts in a pan or you can leave them in the oven for 10-15 minutes, spread on a baking sheet.

Ever since I was a child, I had a good taste of it, and now I gladly prepare this biscuit salami recipe for my dwarfs.

Certainly, everyone has the option to prepare this beloved dessert, and today I will share mine with you.

I put chocolate and orange, lots of nuts and natural cocoa. Flavors that make us think of the winter holidays, but a dessert that we can prepare whenever we feel like something good and simple.

I dressed it in biscuit breadcrumbs mixed with ground walnuts and some sugar with rum.

Delicious, easy to prepare and very beloved.

  • 200 gr simple biscuits (petit beurre)
  • 200 g walnut kernels
  • 50 gr colored shit
  • 30 gr cocoa
  • 200 ml liquid cream
  • 100 ml of sweet milk
  • 50 gr butter
  • 300 gr dark chocolate
  • a pinch of salt
  • an orange with untreated peel

Method of preparation:

In a bowl, melt the chocolate together with the liquid cream, milk and butter. Add a pinch of salt, it will enhance the taste of chocolate. Leave on the fire until melted, stirring until smooth.

Bake the chosen walnut kernel in the oven (be careful not to slip any hard shell, otherwise you risk injuring your teeth). The walnut kernel is coarsely chopped or broken by hand, and 1/3 of it is finely ground together with 50 g of biscuits and an envelope of flavored sugar.
