Wash the vegetables and then cut the peeled carrot and zucchini into thin slices (cut into 4). Heat the oil in a pan and add the carrots, zucchini, corn and tomatoes and add salt, pepper and thyme to taste. Let the vegetables cook until soft.

Wash the fish and dry it with kitchen towels and then place it on the hot grill and let it penetrate well on both sides. When the fish is almost ready, sprinkle with salt and fish spice.

Serve the fish sprinkled with lemon juice.
