1. Put flour in a bowl, set aside a cup of flour from the initial amount (we will need it later), make a hole in the middle, put yeast, sugar and 300 ml of water. We make sure to make the yeast well, so that it dissolves. Leave the pot, covered, to rise for 15-20 minutes.

7. Grasp the dough from one edge and roll it lightly.

8. We take one end of the roll and rotate it so that in the end it looks like the shell of a snail. We hide the end below.

9. Put the snails in a tray lined with baking paper and leave them to rise for 10 minutes covered with a towel.

10. Grease the snails with beaten egg and put them in the oven for 25-35 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius, they should be brown on the outside.

11. After they are baked, take them out and cover them with a towel and leave them to cool.

Chicken Breast with Garlic Sauce and Cheese

-3 pieces of chicken breast
-1 glass of sour cream
-200g fondant grated cheese (or classic)
-4 larger cloves of garlic (or 8 smaller ones :))
-Optional salt, pepper, parsley to taste (I did not use salt, my cheese was quite salty)

-Wash the chicken breast and cut into narrow fillets (I cut into 2 each piece of breast)
-Put in a shallow baking tray
-Cream is mixed with crushed garlic and pepper (and optional salt)
-Pour the sauce, cream over the chicken breast and turn well on all sides
